Micro Trypsase Assay Kit Specifications: 100 tubes/96 samples, 50 tubes/48 samples Test method: Micromethod/Visible spectrophotometry
Measuring meaning: Trypsin is an important digestive enzyme that selectively hydrolyzes peptide chains composed of carboxyl groups of lysine or arginine in denatured proteins. In addition, trypsin is also widely used in the auxiliary treatment of local edema, hematoma and abscess caused by empyema, hemothorax, surgical inflammation, ulcer, traumatic injury, etc.
Determination principle: Trypsin catalyzes the hydrolysis of the ester bond of BAEE to generate BA. BA has an absorption peak at 253 nm. By measuring the increase rate of absorbance at 253 nm, the activity of trypsin can be calculated.
Bring your own equipment and supplies: Micro Trypsase Assay Kit UV spectrophotometer/plate reader, micro quartz cuvette/96-well plate, benchtop centrifuge, water bath, adjustable pipette, mortar, ice and distilled water. |
