Experimental principle:
The target antibody was coated in a 96 well microplate to make a solid-phase carrier. Standards or samples were added to the micropores respectively. The target antibody connected to the solid-phase carrier was bound, and then the microbial target antibody was added. After the unbound biotin antibody was washed, HRP labeling and avidin were added. After thorough washing again, TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of peroxidase, and finally to yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the target in the sample. The absorbance (O.D. value) was measured with a microplate reader at 450nm wavelength, and the sample concentration was calculated.

1. microplate reader (450nm)
2. high precision sampler and gun head: 0.5-10ul, 2-20ul, 20-200ul, 200-1000ul
3. 37 ℃ thermostat
4. distilled water or deionized water
Calculation of experimental results:
Draw the standard curve: in the excel worksheet, use the standard concentration as the abscissa and the corresponding OD value as the ordinate to draw the standard linear regression curve, and calculate the concentration value of each sample according to the curve equation.
